Boxing skills and strategy

Observe. Act. React.

Boxing is far more than combat — it's a discipline and a movement method that enhances many of the body's systems. To be successful, boxers must learn to focus their minds on the task at hand.

iSPARR is fully endorsed by England Boxing for use in their training and coaching programmes, and all our training programmes are accredited by England Boxing, CIMSPA and Parkinson's UK.

Endorsement

“iSPARR is entirely innovative, challenging and stretches each individual to his or her limit. Its durability is outstanding and I truly believe that every boxing or combat sports club should enable their members to access the unique iSPARR system in their gym.”

Physical fitness training

Fighting fit — without the risks

Combat athletes are amongst the fittest sports people in the world. iSPARR training programmes evolved from the core principles of combat skill development — the term “fighting fit” is not used lightly, and means exactly that.

With iSPARR, fighting fit is now achievable for all — without the risks.

To build those levels of personal fitness, users are normally introduced to running, skipping, weight training, pad work and ultimately sparring. iSPARR and its qualified trainers provide a one-stop shop for all of those experiences.

The system adapts to any environment:

  • Boxing Gyms
  • MMA Gyms
  • Fitness Studios
  • Corporate Gyms
  • Home Gyms
  • Community Leisure
