Fitness and group work
Reactive, forgiving on the knuckles and built for high-intensity group sessions, studio classes and first-timers.
The range
There is one iSPARR bag, and it adapts to whoever is in front of it — fitness, performance, rehabilitation or wheelchair training. Choose your colourway.
One bag, many jobs
Reactive, forgiving on the knuckles and built for high-intensity group sessions, studio classes and first-timers.
Target-marked and unforgiving in the best way. It replicates a real sparring partner and challenges the most highly skilled performers.
Used in stroke and Parkinson's programmes for coordination, balance, reaction and confidence — at the user's own pace.
The same bag adapts for wheelchair users, as either the trainee or the trainer holding and moving the bag for a standing partner.
Colourways
The iSPARR bag can be finished in a wide range of colours and graphic treatments, including club and brand colourways with target markings.

Adaptive by design
No separate product and no modification kit. The height, base and handles let a wheelchair user work the bag as the trainee, or take the trainer's role and move the bag for a standing partner.

Meet the iSPARR
Our developers looked at traditional boxing bags and realised their main disadvantage: they don't move like a real training opponent. That started the creation of the iSPARR® punch bag.
Inside, our engineers developed a high-force compression spring, engineered to give a predetermined pressure at a given compression. It lets the bag take extremely high-intensity punching and sway — without swinging back into the user.

Clean the bag after each session using water only. Don't be tempted to use cleaning products or antibacterial cleaners — they may damage the covering.
