Bridge the gap
Deliver seamless sessions where people of all physical and cognitive backgrounds train alongside one another.
Find training
Our courses are built for everyone — from fitness coaches to healthcare professionals. You graduate with a single, unified accreditation that lets you deliver life-changing workouts to able-bodied clients and people with differing physical or cognitive abilities. Accreditation is delivered through the iSPARR Academy, a separate site currently under construction.
Truly inclusive training
At the iSPARR Academy we do not segregate fitness. Adaptive training is exceptional training, and our curriculum bridges the gap between mainstream fitness and adaptive rehabilitation. Your accreditation proves you can walk into a room and programme for a competitive boxer and a client in a wheelchair or recovering from a stroke at the same time.
Deliver seamless sessions where people of all physical and cognitive backgrounds train alongside one another.
Confidently train the groups standard gym setups leave behind — seniors, wheelchair users and people managing neurological conditions.
Position yourself as a specialist cognitive-motor conditioning coach rather than a general trainer.
Once certified, your profile and facility are pinned to our public Find an iSPARR Class directory map.
“It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop.”
